Dozer
got his wings. He departed this earth to go to Heaven at the age of 11 years,
seven months and 30 days.
He was born Trenton Cain Beaver, but earned his name Dozer at a very early age.
Seems he’d just bulldoze over anything in his way. His Native American Indian
given name was “Key Yoog” which means chipmunk.
Dozer was 100% boy. He loved all sports but his favorites were football,
baseball and wrestling. He also loved riding donkeys and spending time with his
friends and family. He was an avid OU fan during football season, but an equally
avid OSU Fan during wrestling.
Dozer’s service in Stilwell Oklahoma was attended by more than a thousand
people. Messages came to the family from all over the globe. Not only did Dozer
touch the lives of every one he met in person (ask the Chili Man at the Mule
Days Shows) but his story on the internet and in the Mule and Donkey magazines
drew readers from far and wide.

Those surviving Dozer and keeping his memory alive are his mother: Courtney
Garrett of Stilwell, OK, father: Hickory Beaver and wife Emily of Keys, OK,
sisters: Sadie Garrett of Stilwell, Becca Garrett of the home in Stilwell,
McKenzie Smith, Megan Smith and Shaydia Hallmark of Keys, grandparents: Bill and
Gina Garrett of the home in Stilwell, Susie and Sam Beaver of Stilwell. His
great grandma; Lois Bradford and husband Dean of Stilwell, OK, several aunts,
uncles, many other relatives and a multitude of friends from around the world
also survive him.

Speaking at Dozers Memorial Service, Karen Ford composed this
poem. It quite sums up Dozer and his last two years.
No cowboy could have asked for a more fitting tribute than the sendoff his
friends gave him. Dressed in his show clothes, a spirit feather in his hand, his
casket blanket was not the traditional flowers. Instead, his saddle and hat
adorned the wooden box. Fittingly, the dove on the pulpit behind the casket
seemed to be taking flight from that box |
